Having a great morning routine is foundational to being successful the rest of the day. Starting the day of with on a winning note, and you'll be on that tune the rest of the day. Brighter mornings lead to more productive afternoons followed by a more fulfilled and restful evening.
Try to plan your morning the night before. This way your path will be pre-defined so that all you need to do is execute. Awaking in the morning before everyone else in your household will focus you more on the goals your looking to accomplish. I read a quote recently that stated if you can see your coffee by the daylight, your getting up too late.
It helps me to have a nutritious breakfast and something warm to drink. A short exercise will get you physically in gear. Don't forget to feed your spirit also.
These things should be a good start for you. The rest will fall into place.
