3 Ways to Stop Procrastinating Now!

Hey everyone!

I'm new here, but wanted to share 3 quick ways that I use to stop procrastinating and be more productive! So here they are...
  • Get rid of all of your distractions
That means Facebook, Netflix, your smart phone, or anything else that keeps you from getting your work done. It's so easy to get on Facebook or start watching a Netflix show, and before you realize it 1 hour has passes by. Whatever way you see fit, don't allow yourself to give in to the the leisure of distractions.
     2. Practice time management
Make sure that keep track of the time. It's important that you don't get distracted while you're working, but you can also actually focus too much on your work. When you're writing an essay, two hours may pass in the blink of an eye and before you know it, you've missed out on previous plans that you made. Keep track of the time, whether it's a clock or a watch. Remember - time is the most valuable asset in the universe.
     3. Take breaks
It's almost impossible to work for 4 hours straight without taking a break, unless you name is Steve Jobs or Elon Musk. Don't get me wrong, it's important to make sure that you get your work done on time, but it's also important that you don't overwork yourself. Take 15 minutes to 20 minutes for every 2 hours that you work to allow yourself a few distractions. After doing so, make sure you get straight back to work though. By practicing this method, you'll find that your work productivity will increase tenfold.
